Privacy
In short: no cookies, no ads and no selling data. I only store what you send me through the forms.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Ricardo Ruiz. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What data is stored and why
- Your progress (machines done and to do): only in your browser (localStorage). It never reaches the server.
- What are we missing? form: the text you write, the page you came from, the language and, if you add it, your email so I can reply. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the site and, for the email, your consent when you give it. Kept for 2 years at most.
- Pro waitlist: your email, the language, the date you agreed and, if you answer them, your price and interest answers. Legal basis: your consent. It is only used to tell you Pro is available; it is deleted if you unsubscribe or, at the latest, 2 years after you join.
- Visit statistics: I use Umami, installed on my own server. It uses no cookies and does not store your IP: with it and your browser it computes an anonymous identifier that changes every day, so I cannot know who you are or follow you from one day to the next. I only see totals: pages viewed, referring sites, country, browser and searches made in the search box. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Spam protection: to limit repeated submissions your IP is taken into account for 10 minutes, in memory only. It is not stored in the database.
Where it is stored and who it is shared with
The data lives on a server rented from Hostinger and the site goes through Cloudflare (which protects against attacks and serves the site over HTTPS). Neither uses it for anything else. It is never sold or handed over to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time (leaving the waitlist is as easy as asking). If you think it has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. That is why you see no cookie banner.
